ANISSA FOLLEY, MASTER INSTRUCTOR

She deepened  her practice by completing her 200-hr teacher training specialized in Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga. She's also completed Traditional Chinese Medicine Yin Yoga training, which has allowed her to make her classes more accessible to students with chronic injuries and mobility issues.
